RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY

• We reserve the right to reject returns of products that have not been returned in accordance with the return policy terms set forth below.
• You may also be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods which will be returned to you in the event of non-compliance.

• The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 25551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891 / 2013) and to send an e-mail by the return request to info@plakakia.eu.
• All returns and exchanges must be received in the original condition in which you received the product, without signs of wear and in resale condition.
• The product must have all the labels and accompanying tabs of the manufacturer that it has with the purchase of the product, as well as the packaging that accompanies it

If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to us for replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return. Please remember that we can refund you if the returned products meet all the above conditions and are suitable for sale condition. For the return of a non-defective product and exchange with another, the costs are borne by Plakakia.eu.

For the return of an incorrect, undamaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of a refund, the customer bears the costs of sending the return. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. If the payment has been made by bank deposit, the return will be made within 10 days to an Iban account that you will send us at the e-mail info@plakakia.eu notifying the request and the order number. If the payment has been made by credit card, respectively the return will be made.

The customer is always responsible for sending the product back to our offices, as as a recipient it is not possible for Plakakia.eu to search for your package in any post office / shipping.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Plakakia.eu accepts the responsibility for sending the wrong or generally defective product which must be declared and returned within 10 working days from the day of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents, by sending an e-mail to info@plakakia.eu . The replacement is free of charge to the recipient or a full refund in case the replacement is not agreed. The refund is made within 10 days to an Iban account that you will send us at the e-mail info@plakakia.eu notifying the request and the order number. If the payment has been made by credit card, the return will be made accordingly.

We can not accept responsibility for returned products lost during the return.

ORDER CANCELATION

The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer. Refunds are made either by bank or credit card. If you do not receive it in advance and your order is shipped, then the product return case is valid.

If you have paid by credit / debit card and you wish to cancel your transaction and if the products have not been sent to you, you must inform us immediately within 24 hours of the purchase order, by e-mail at info@plakakia.eu or by phone at 2122135269, so that we can refund you immediately. the amount charged to your credit / debit card.
